The worshiper who arrives at church expecting a touch from Jesus has prepared for Sunday morning all week. The same is true for the surly person who frowns with disappointment before the service begins.
Worship is a lifestyle, not an event.
It’s a choice to walk with Jesus daily and to come prepared to express devotion to the Savior in other-centered behaviors.
We can’t coast in on Sunday expecting something awesome without living for Jesus all week long.
