Most of a worship leader’s job happens offstage – the Sunday service is just a small part of it.
It’s 10am and you’ve spent hours over the last week praying and preparing a set of songs. You’ve gotten up early and managed to persuade a few other musicians to do the same. You’ve worked on musical arrangements to help people in your church community to connect with their Lord. In about 25 minutes, it’s all going to be over. You think to yourself “Was it worth the effort?” and “Who am I to lead these people?”
