There are a million reasons not to worship. Sometimes you just don’t feel like it. But that doesn’t matter.
The enemy will try any tactic to keep you from bringing glory to God. Pamela Haddix on the struggle to worship:
Either way, we decide we might as well settle for disconnected, halfhearted, routine worship – or give up all together. Well, that’s what the enemy is counting on!
Think about it – those arguments put the focus on me. And as long as I’m looking at me, I’m going to struggle.
I’m not saying to ignore the things in my life that will hinder my worship. Not at all.
